- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a SISW I IA China Telemarketing Operator

西门子工业软件（上海）有限公司(SISW) 工业领域 工业自动化集团（IA）电话营销专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Prepare for outbound calls

- Make outbound calls

- Undertake necessary study and research to improve product and market knowledge, complementary to the training provided

- Capture results of call attempts in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Eloqua as necessary to facilitate future marketing activities, particularly providing the data to enable segmentation

- Send out emails with links to (or enclosing) requested information especially customer focused collateral

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Proficient in MS Office and preferably SFDC and Eloqua

- Experience of teleprospecting

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- At least 1 year’s experience in a call center environment

- Good data entry/keyboard skills

- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

- Relevant Industry knowledge

- Verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and an Asian language (e.g. Japanese, Korean)

- Good Problem solving skills

- Customer service oriented

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

- A good team player

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
