- For our Accounting & Controlling we are looking for a Process & Data Analysis Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
- On behalf of Siemens AG, CF R6, perform shareholder governance function for its subsidiaries and perform the rights and duties that result from legal ownership in the Cluster NEA.

Contacts
- SAG counterparts; SLC Sectors' controllers; Cluster NEA subsidiaries' controllers; China SAFE officers

Tasks
- Collect & manage key data (operational, financial, etc.) from subsidiaries for analysis
- Analyze key data of subsidiaries from shareholder's perspective ensuring a sound internal control environment

- Support corporate level projects related to equity accounts ( investments, restructuring, etc)
- Support to improve shareholder controlling processes (dividend, periodical reporting, etc)
