- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer 硬件开发工程师

What are my responsibilities?

1. Independently implement electronic development, design according to PEP process, with creative idea or innovative solution; Provide detail design for HVAC products, including schematic design, PCB layout, components selection, etc..

2. Authors and executes test plans, setup test case for unit test independently, verify design solution and reliability issue; document during development.

3. Close cooperate with mechanical engineer and software engineer, interpret HW solution to team member, ensure sufficient/efficient information transfer between team members.

4. Implement global R&D process, facilitate the understanding for PEP process and contribute to process improvement

5. Good EMC design, know how ensure reliable design, capable to support CE, UL certifications and Siemens relevant standards (Siemens Norm…).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3-5 years related working experience in Electronic design

1-2 years similar product design experience (Eg. HVAC, sensor, Motor, Switching Power design, display etc.)

Experienced in EMC design

2. Experienced in industry product design

3. Working experience under regular project management and process control

4. Experience in international companies is advantage

What else do I need to know?

1. Familiar to Digital/Analogue circuit design, high-frequency circuit

2. Good command of EMC design skill, reliability design, thermal analysis, electronic component technology

3. Good master EDA tools, Mentor, Protel, AD6

4. Knowledge of PEP process, HVAC product

5. Good command of oral, writing, reading English
