Mission:
- Achieve additional benefit for the Siemens China Group by optimal management of foreign exchange, liquidity, interest rate and commodity risks according to the requirements set by SFS TRE GM.
Contacts:
- Reports to Head SFS TRE GM FM CN;
- Internal contacts: All SFSL teams, Cluster Treasury, SFS TRE and other SFS departments abroad
- External contacts: relationship banks, regulatory institutions
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
- FX Management: FX hedging transactions via allowed financial instruments: act as market consultant to Cluster Treasury and execute transactions with external banks on behalf of and for the account of Siemens China operating companies with the aim to minimise cost (best execution)
- FX Management: FX spot transactions: act as market consultant and execute transactions with external banks on behalf of and for the account of Siemens China operating companies with the aim to minimise cost (best execution)
- FX Management: FX spot trading with Siemens operating companies as well as in the interbank market based on SFSL's spot trading license
- FX Management: Assist in the further development of FX management for the Siemens China Group and for SFSL in line with regulatory developments
- Liquidity management: Invest excess funds in the money market via allowed financial instruments
- Liquidity management: Execute interbank borrowing transactions as advised by SFSL's executive management
- Bank relations: Assist in managing bank relations (eg setting up cash pools and cash pool agreements as well as other types of facility agreements and bank account agreements for SFSL or Siemens China operating companies)
- Bank relations: Maintain good business contact with relationship banks as per global bank policy
- Project work: participate in projects regarding implementation of new services, financial products, related processes and IT tools as well as other Treasury topics
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
[Education]:
- Bachelor or above
[Experience]:
- Over 5 years' professional experience in trading financial instruments including derivative instruments and money market instruments in a bank or a global industrial group; experience in commodity hedging is of advantage.
- Experience in projects including leading projects are of advantage.
- Applicants should be interested in an expert carreer. Leadership capabilties are an advantage, but presently not a must.
- International experience and having worked in several countries would be an advantage.
