- For our SLC IT we are looking for a System Engineer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission of Function
- The main aim of the position is to be a system engineer to support critical web-based applications, e.g, eTimesheet, alarming system and etc. and SAP systems based on Oracle and SQL on both Windows and UNIX platforms. It covers
- troubleshooting;
- data update and synchronization
- system upgrade:
- account management:
- reporting;
- daily monitor;
- patching and etc.

Contacts
- Internal: Sales, Account Managers, PM, SDM and BA
- External: contact to the customers, vendors by request

Tasks
- Application support for Alarming system, Reporting system, eTimesheet, SAM, SCD and etc.

- Application development

- SAP BASIS operation

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Technologies
- Development using .Net, C#, VB, ASP, SQL Server reporting service

- Oracle and SQL Sever database

- SAP BASIS

- Project management, quality management

- Presentation skills

- ITIL Process/ISO 20000/ISO 27001

Experience
Professional
- A sound working experience in an IT project environment might typically have been acquired in more than 2 years.

- Have successful business case which shows his/her excellent work in successful project
- High customer orientation, good communication skill
- Familiar with ITIL IT service delivery and support process

Project/Process
- Has comprehensive knowledge and experience in the entire development process
