- Bachelor degree or above in major of Electrical, Instrument, Automation or Mechatronics and related.
大学以上学历，电气，仪表，自动化，或机电一体化等相关专业。

5 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
- Be responsible to open package for inspection, installation supervision, equipment commissioning and maintenance work and finally get customer’s acceptation.
负责申克设备的开箱检验、安装指导、设备调试及维护工作，保证设备正常使用，并且得到客户的验收确认。
- Take care of equipment usage and maintenance training for customers so that they can run and maintain it by themselves.
负责对用户进行设备使用和维护等的技术培训，使用户能够正常使用和维护。
- Be in charge of remote technical support to customers and help them to make equipment maintenance.
负责为客户提供远程技术支持，协助客户完成设备的日常维护工作。
- During commissioning or trouble shooting make factual and accurate records of process and result in service report which needs customers’ confirm and signature, including product information, end users’ detailed information and related people’s information.
真实准确地将设备调试或处理故障的过程和结果记录在调试报告上并得到客户的签字确认，包括产品信息、用户的详细信息及相关人员信息。
- Correctly write service report, backup the related files of documentation and materials and file it properly after commissioning work for future service management.
- 正确撰写服务报告，随后将所涉及的电子文档及时存档备份，便于日后的服务管理工作。
- Regularly test schenckprocess equipment to provide effective spare part list and lead customers to purchase our products.
