RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

* Be responsible for HVAC application training to internal team & external channels to promote Watts solution
* Lead product portfolio upgrade especially new connected products development
* Provide technical support for connected products application & troubleshooting
* Support engineering and sourcing team for the new supplier development
* Work with sales team to achieve smart & connected product sales target


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bechelor or master degree with mechanical, engineering, electric controls, refrigeration, plumbing/HVAC background preferred.
* Above10 years’ application or product management experience in M&E, HVAC industry.
* 3-5 years training experience, capability to deliver high quality public training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Hardworking, can work under pressure.
* Self-motivated and proactive, and passionate to learn.
* Responsible, reliable and a strong team player.
