Job Title: Project Manager (GBS, SSC)

Position description:
GBS P2P China is looking for a Project Manager in Shanghai to improve operations by identifying opportunities to support the varying needs in improving transformation strategy, developing KPIs measurement and monitoring the results, bridging between relevant stakeholders along the process to resolve issues and remove barriers, and aligning the common goals with the stakeholders for achieving the benefits to the total organization.
Area of Responsibility:
· Identify improvement opportunities, design project plan, control the project schedule and prioritize the projects according to organization strategies and business focus
· Make proposal on process design together with Service Lines, assess the impact and efforts, and to monitor the results to ensure all project initiatives are properly resourced and prioritized
· Support system implementation projects to drive for process efficiency and internal controls compliance
· Measure and assess the efficiency of processes across GBS by developing KPIs and periodic reporting
· Observe and benchmark with industry best practices, work with other GBS functions to drive for continuous improvement
· Lead and drive cross-team transformation initiatives, e.g., process and RACI alignment, technology, automation, and operational review, from initiative formation to implementation and socialization
Required Experience and Capabilities:
· Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Computer Science etc.
· More than 1 year experience in Shared Services Center
· Experience in implementing Financial Information System is preferred
· Be familiar with process automation solutions (e.g RPA) and Business Intelligence Tools (e.g QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred
· Knowledge of SAP (other ERP system where applicable) is preferred
· Certification in PMP / LEAN or similar methodology is an advantage
· Proficient with MS Office
· Fluent English both writing and speaking
· Good presentation and communication skills
· Teamwork spirit and high working efficiency
· Be able to work under pressure and quick learning
