For  their sales and service organization in Beijing, we are looking for an  Application Engineer with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills to  manage local technical issues reporting to the Application Manager.

Responsibilities:
Contacting window of customer case in region,  providing technical support to front end sales in terms of pre-sales and  post-sales activities
Ensuring customers support in seminar, bidding  documents, field commissioning and filed issue handling
Installation and set-up of solutions at  customer site and training of end customers
Providing product technical training /  materials to sales and partners to improve overall technical competence
Studying on specific industry application know  how and share / exchange knowledge of application and best practices within  China team and global teams
Gathering customer pilot feedback and  competitor intelligence to Global Product Management 
Following up technical support actions and  customer issue escalation to Global Technical Team
Serve as technical expert to provide day-to-day  application support to customer in assigned regions / Industry. Maintain  technical expertise to provide consultancy and support on marketing strategy  and activities

研究行业应用知识，并在中国团队和全球团队中分享/交流客户案列和应用实践   
收集产品试用反馈和竞争对手信息分享给全球产品管理部门  
跟踪技术支持行动的结果，负责将客户问题升级到全球技术团队  
作为技术专家为指定区域/行业的客户提供日常应用支持。作为技术专家为市场策略和活动提供咨询和支持  
Requirements:
Bachelor’s  degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline, Major in  engineering mechanics
Ideally with  3 years’ experience in Automotive / Aerospace / Test house / Researches /  Energy / Electronics industries. Excellent fresh graduates are acceptable
Quick  learning and good at problem solving methodology
Requires  strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to  effectively interact with all levels of internal colleagues and external  customers
Good skill  with MS office package
Proficiency  in both spoken and written English
Willing to  travel domestically
工科或理科本科以上学历，工程力学相关专业  
在汽车/航空航天/测试机构/研究所/能源/电子行业有3年以上工作经验者优先(NVH 模态分析等 数据采集 振动台)。 可以接受优秀的应届毕业生  
学习能力强，善于解决问题   
需要较强的人际交往能力，良好的书面和口头沟通能力，以便有效地与内部同事和外部客户互动
有良好的微软Office办公软件使用技能  
有良好的英语说写能力
