职位描述

Role (Purpose of the job)
The overall assignment is to provide Group TSM APAC and JVs with sufficient knowledge about brands and customers in the APAC and Joint Venture markets. A key responsibility will be to support management and line organization to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and image of our brands as well as the understanding of our customers. This will be handled through managing the BCS (Brand and Customer Satisfaction) survey as well as other customer research activities, linking it to improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project management of the BCS survey, including continuous survey improvements and survey procurement through vendors
2. Analysis of results, input to target setting for Brand Image positions, offer support for CS scoring
3. Communication and presentations of image and satisfaction results and recommendations (together with APAC UD Global Brand and AM & SP) and support management on different levels with extended analysis and supporting BCS workshops
4. Be a part of the cross-functional CS teams and support CS network operation together with APAC AM & SP
5. Conduct recurring purchasing barometer studies to evaluate overall customer purchasing patterns and trends
6. Customer Portfolio Analysis: Identify top customers by market/industry for both Group Trucks and Competitors
7. Coordinate and conduct ad-hoc customer profile and segmentation research to understand trends of business, financials, and business models. Present analysis and recommendations
8. Organize customer research network conferences on an need-basis
9. Maintain Volvo Group market segmentation model by performing analyses (ad-hoc basis) to generate insights, on the basis of data provided by APAC BI
10. Act as an internal consultant to provide expertise in analysis, research methodology and techniques. To create usefulness of performed research, make conclusions and recommendations based on findings
11. Secure connection with central and local BI resources, to share data and intelligence
Main competence requirements
1. Strong interest in analytical work, experience from market research
2. Proven project management skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong networking skills, able to work autonomously and take initiatives
5. Experienced in performing presentations and running workshops
6. Understanding of brand image and customer satisfaction improvement work and processes
7. Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
8. Fluent in English
9. Ability to function in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
