Key responsibilities/Accountabilities

· Work with VBS to create financial performance package for VCIC and joint company China

· Create necessary policies and procedures, including authorization rules for VCIC and joint companies to ensure Volvo policy and local regulation are compliant

· Establish the Financial Model for Common and Shared Expenses for the Joint Company China. (ig The cost distribution when applicable to be done according to Group directives.)

· Support VCIC corporate functions for finance requests

· Provide finance control for those BA/BUs without dedicated finance resource

· Coordinate local resources to meet group requests

· Coordinate all China finance organizations for standardization and best practice sharing

· Optimize financial results of VCIC and joint company by working with tax, treasury and other organizations.

Key targets and results

· High accuracy in financial reporting

· Timely and Quality of Accounting and Financial Reporting, efficient financial policies and procedures in Joint Company China

· Quality and efficiency in the controlling process

· Timely support the demands from various divisions/BAs are provided.

· Clear financial model for Common and Shared Expenses in the Joint Company China

Educational and/or training qualifications and certificates

· University degree major in accounting/finance

· CPA/ACCA

Experience and knowledge

· Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, of which 3 years in joint company finance

· High level of influencing and networking skills in building excellent working relationships cross functionally.

· Strong knowledge in local tax legislation and internal control

· Proven ability to lead, influence and execute effectively at all levels of the organization.

Technical/functional/language skills

· Proficient in English in reading, writing and speaking.
