职位描述
Role (Purpose of the job)
To represent Brand and Marketing function in UD Brand launch projects globally driving related marketing issues and launch concepts. Drive other UD Brand launch projects of smaller scale and interface and support UD launches on local markets projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the creation of UD Brand launch concepts
· Coordinate UD Brand cross functional marketing projects
· Facilitate synergy of UD Brand launches and other UD Brand marketing functions
· Interface with all UD Brand marketing network globally for Launch development and consistency.
· Fully coordinate and represent brand and marketing function on selected UD launch projects
· Communicating with different Business Areas and input generators (GTT, GTO, and Commercial Areas) for both concept and strategy development and launch implementation.
· Manage Launch Project issue log and Brand and Communication project documentation.
· Interface with marketing, communication and branding suppliers (e.g. research companies, branding agencies, market data base, media and communication agencies, tourism, event agencies ...).
· Coordinate and implement internal events related to his/her launch project network activities (e.g. group meetings, conferences, workshops).
· Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc project task or launch activities practical demands.
Authority
· Follow UDGB authorization policies and guidelines
· Represent UDGB Launch Project department in related meetings
Key interfaces
· Other project organization (GTT, GTO, Parts...)
· All commercial areas (APAC, EMEA, AMERICAS and JV) departments related to launch activities
· APAC Commercial Areas Organizations (Asia Sales, Japan, Australia...)
· Other Global Brands Launch Project organizations (VTGB, MTGB, RTGB and ETGB)
· Other UDGB teams (PD, PS and Multi-Brand Marketing)
· Other UDGB Brand Strategy and Marketing department members (Brand Development and Marketing Communications)
· Other APAC Staff departments (Legal, strategy, Communication, Controlling...)
· Business Partners

· Secure professional and coordinated launches
· Launch project scenarios and launch strategy recommendation
· Fulfil the timeline and deliverables for projects
Main competence requirements
· University Degree (preferably majoring on Marketing / Communication / Branding)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· At least excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese or Chinese. Preferably both.
· Project management skills and education
· Integrity and trust, in line with Volvo Way
· Proactive attitude, Good leadership and networking skills
· Excellent analytical thinking skill
· Excellent communication skill
· Experience in Marketing Communications / Marketing Launch Project
· Product project experience
· Experience with agency relations (Brand and Marketing)
· Knowledge about UD trucks

· Product basic knowledge (Trucks)
