1、 负责与海外代理、客户的日常联系，安排货物的空运出口事宜；
2、 负责空运一单到底客服的工作，并及时跟踪反馈货物信息；
3、 及时准确录入相关的费用，并安排开票事宜；
4、 负责协调处理整个过程中的各种异常情况，以及客户的建议和投诉，并及时向上级汇报；
5、 按时完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1、2年以上工作经验, 思路敏捷，认真仔细，做事有条理；
2、能熟练回复海外代理邮件，能承受工作压力, 熟悉市场价格；
3、日语2级及以上
