Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes teamwork, cooperation.

1. Responsible for performing tests and calibrations, troubleshooting, simple repairing for PCB products. Performs all necessary tests efficiently;
2. Follows safety rules and keeps area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
3. Record all the maintenance files (such as customer name, model number, S/N, failure phenomenon, calibration records, RMA number, factory feedback, status, etc.)
4. Communicating with factory /sales/customers/ about the inspection/calibration/testing results and solving solution efficiently and timely.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship with customers.
6. Create maintenance orders in ERP system if necessary.
7. Provide support to the department as required for efficient completion of assigned projects.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement：

1. Good communication skills
2. Good at office software, good at reading and writing English skills.
3. Familiar with electrical and electronic, analog and digital circuit courses; Familiar with multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and other common testing equipment is preferred;
4. Clear mind, strong practical ability, good sense of service, patient and meticulous work.

Qualifications:

Education/Training: Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical technology or equivalent.

Working place: Beijing

基本职责: 促进团队合作。

1. 负责PCB产品的检测和校准，故障排除和一些简单的维修。高效率完成一些必要的测试;

2. 遵守安全规则，保持区域和设备整洁有序。

3. 建立维修记录 (如客户名称、型号、S/N、故障现象、校准记录、RMA号、工厂反馈、状态等)

4. 与工厂/销售/客户沟通检验/校准/测试结果，并及时有效地将解决方案反馈给客户和销售。

5. 确保客户满意度，保持良好的客户关系。

6. 在ERP系统中创建维修/换货订单。

7. 为部门提供必要的支持以有效完成分配的项目。

8. 完成分配的其他相关工作。

其他要求:

1. 良好的沟通技巧

2. 熟练使用办公软件，良好的英语读写能力。

3. 熟悉电气电子、模拟和数字电路课程；熟悉万用表、示波器、频谱分析仪等常用检测设备者优先。

4. 思维清晰，动手能力强，有良好的服务意识，工作耐心细致。

任职要求：

教育/培训: 本科以上，机械或电气技术或相关专业，两年以上工作经验。
