职位描述

This position is responsible for focusing on the development and expansion of mid-scale brands in Greater China for both management & franchise deals according to general development strategy of Accor.
Responsibilities
?Presentation of Accor China corporate and brands capabilities
?Actively obtained or receive hotels / projects’ leads from senior members of hotel owning companies / developers / financiers / intermediaries who are professionals also to understand their needs and wants;
?Follow up timely by inspecting and evaluating hotels / projects and conduct preliminary feasibility study, conduct preliminary due diligent of the potential business partners, propose the right brand positioning and report on findings with recommendations;
?Lead / participate in contract negotiation and work closely with Accor’s lawyers (both residence and external) to amend contract as required (high level of bi-lingual skill essential);
Lead in closing deals, with prior approval on deal structure;
?Source new deals;
?Market intelligence and market competition survey;
?Interface with Accor GC cross functions e.g. Technical Services, Development, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance teams as well as external real estate / building industry professionals;
?Maintain and advance good and long-term owner/franchisee relationship.
Qualifications:
?Must have experience of at least 3 years as a hotel developer in well-known brand Hotel Company with track record of closing substantial hotel project deals; or relevant real estate-related background; or chained business.
?Specifically, proven ability in preparing hotel agreements / legal documents (LOI, MOU, CA, NDA, etc.) is an integral part of the job and experience in this area would be highly relevant and valued;
?Requires frequent traveling around China.
?Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees;
?Serviced oriented with an eye for details;
?Good teamwork skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team;
?Good presentation and influencing skills;
?Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures;
?Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively;
?Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment;
?Self-motivated and energetic.
