Position Summary (Mission/Purpose): ？？

Brand Manager is a core role to generate consumer demand with marketing excellence, in order to achieve the business growth of Cat filter Category & increase market share.

This role should be supporting marketing manager to effectively manage internal functions & external partners & agencies to implement marketing campaigns & consumer-facing communication.

This role will focus more on brand communication driven by consumer insights, with strong sense in social media trends & topics, as well as familiar with digital tools with analytic thinking, to provide logical proposal to inform brand marketing decisions.

This role should create, develop and deploy effective marketing initiatives in collaborations with sales & ecommerce team, as well as external media and social agencies.
Assistant in product innovation/renovation projects to accelerate business growth.



Brand communication; product positioning, marketing campaign, agency communication on different promotion channel (online/offline)
Work close with internal eCommerce team, which media to spend money, who should be the KOL to use and what’s the content about.
SAM’S club – offline retailer; ensure timeline and coordinate / Collaboration with different parties
Strong analytical sense, data insight, what’s the social trend, use different tracking tools
How’s the effectiveness of the promotion / marketing
Sense of beauty
Current 8-9 SKU (mainly production from US); in the future FY23 may also include 2-3 sku from Europe’s production.
Cat owner is preferred


Experience/Competencies:

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or agency, experience in eCommerce is a plus
Must with strong interest & insights in cat care industry in general, experience in related fields will be an absolute advantage
FMCG experience is a plus
Strong skillset in consumers insights, communication and market dynamics.
Expertise on digital & social marketing (paid, owned, earned media and ecommerce)
Able to manage external parties and multi-functions communications
Detail-oriented yet be able to think creatively
Fluent in English & Mandarin, both written and oral
Proactive, bold, and agile team player with entrepreneurship mindset
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
