工作职责:
1. Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns for clients
2. Prepare the required Tax and Customs application documents for clients
3. Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations to clients
4. Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review
5. Assist line manager to draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects
6. Assist line manager to deal with tax compliance issues for clients
7. Communicate with client finance team or other team to provide regulatory and tax advice
8. Assist line manager to perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients
9. Assist line manager to advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning

任职资格:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related domain
2. Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus
3. +3 years working experience in tax/finance function is a must
4. Good understanding of Chinese and Customs related policies, rules and regulations
5. Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
6. Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
7. Good sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
