Your Profile:

• Industrial engineering or engineering related major, Bachelor or above.工业工程或其他工程类相关专业，本科及以上学历。

• Fluent oral English.英语口语流利。

• Ownership, Open mind, and Learning & Initiative Competence.具有主人翁精神、对新鲜事物持开放心态以及强烈的学习意愿、能力和主动性。

• Lean knowledge, with skill of professional software such as Mendix, Tableau, Alteryx, Tecnomatix is better.具有精益知识，会使用相关专业软件如Mendix，Tableau，Alteryx, Tecnomatix更佳。

Your Responsibility:

• Responsible for the promotion, tracking, and reporting of lean improvements, 3i, and productivity improvements.负责精益改进、3i和生产率提升的宣传、跟踪、汇报。

• Leverage SEPS（Siemens Energy Performance System） methodology to advance training and coaching improvement projects to continuously optimize business process value chain and improve plant lean maturity.利用西门子能源精益方法论，推进培训和辅导改进项目，持续优化业务全流程价值链，提高工厂精益成熟度。

• Guide and collect productivity improvement and cost saving projects in various departments, track project progress and statistics benefits, conduct monthly reviews, and accept irregular audits from headquarters.引导并收集各部门生产率提升和成本节约项目，跟踪项目进展和统计收益情况，每月进行回顾，接受总部的不定期审核。

• Encourage employees to submit valuable suggestions, follow up and regularly summarize reports.鼓励员工提出合理化建议（3i），跟踪实施并定期汇总报告。

• Using digital technologies to empower the total process value chain of the business.运用数字化技术，赋能业务全流程价值链。
