职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Preparing and reviewing various legal documents such as contracts, licenses, leases, sales, purchases, real estate, etc.
?Providing proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues like commercial contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory, employment, and governance.
?Working with other departments on particular projects: Examining material, such as publications, advertisements etc., for legal implications, advising other departments on government regulations, tax matters, and legal rights.
?Assisting the business in compliance with all various legal requirements.
?Ensuring that the legal documents and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted and archived.
?Managing external and internal legal resources where required.
?Keeping updated the management on the law changes and advising and ensuring the business in compliance with the legislation.
?Ensuring all administration process is completed for the new store openings, as well as the renewal process.
?Maintaining the relationship with relevant governmental offices.
?Working with retail network to support them in the conflict with the governmental offices.
?Working with the central legal department for Corporate and IP issues.
Person Specification:
?Bachelor degree from a recognized university which major in law.
?7+ years of relevant working experience, in MNC, preferably in retailing industry.
?Familiar with Chinese regulatory requirements
?Good command of English in speaking, written
?Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with senior staff.
?Energetic individual with unusual initiative.
?Commitment to outstanding performance.
?Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
