职位描述
Main task:
Implement and monitor the predefined quality standards for customer quality, processes and systems and assure the adherence to the same in day-to-day business and Improve customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
? Develop and specify the 0-km & warranty procedure on basis of in- and external quality standards, procedures, methods and tools under consideration of ZF standards.
? Fast response to customer when issues occurred and communicate with customer together, include BBAC & Daimler.
? 0-km issue solving quickly-coordinate internal cross function for problem investigation & analysis, final finish 8D report & feedback to customer.
? Warranty issue solving quickly-coordinate internal cross function & supplier for problem investigation & analysis, final finish analysis report & feedback to customer.
? When communicating with customers, they are good at using flexible communication skills, positive and friendly attitude.
? Additional task handling
Competencies and experiences:
? Degree in engineering or quality management
? 2 to 5 years of professional experience
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Good presentation and communication skills
? Ability to work in a team
? Profound PC skills (MS Office package)
Good command of English
