About the role:
The Supply Chain Analyst is an entry level opening and an integral member of the Supply Chain Services Connect SCREEN Supplier operations team. Responsibilities will mostly revolve around addressing client requests via email and telephone as well as supporting the rest of the team with any managed account activities as required. The analyst will work to ensure clients’ experience within the system is successful and efficient by assisting with any questions they may have about the system or helping with troubleshooting system errors that may be reported. The analyst may be asked to provide system training, share best practices and recommendations, and assist with creating thought provoking presentations for clients as well as create and provide documentation about SCS product services. This job is about client satisfaction through responsive service and proficiency in using the software for programs such as CTPAT (and other Government Supply Chain Security Programs), Conflict Minerals (Dodd Frank), Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Continuity and other Supply Chain impacted programs. The analyst will build on trusted relationships and add value to SCS clients and their businesses by providing them with excellent service with every interaction.

Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:
? The analyst is the face of BSI and the SCS team, considered a trusted extended team member to the client
? Learns, understands and stays current with all functionality of the Connect SCREEN Supplier system to be able to assist with client inquiries
? Responds timely to customer service questions over email and telephone, maintain the proper service level agreement response times and within appropriate KPI measurements
? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining potential cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
? Provide first level technical support to assigned clients in the identification and resolution of issues, problem solving and creativity for understanding the issue and what may be needed to address the clients’ needs; entering any technical issues/bugs into TFS for development to address.
? Investigate and follow through on the resolution of issues for clients
? Provide weekly status reports on client services activity that comes through the email and phone for management review and analysis
? Creates reports for clients to measure trending analysis of account activities based upon client contract frequencies
? Provide SCS team support as you assist with SCM projects, reporting and documentation updates

Education/Qualifications:
? Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Prior experience of working within a client supporting/customer service related role
? Experience working in an software support/implementation/services environment is preferred, but not required
