主要职责：
? 将相关方要求转换成系统和零件需求及规范；
? 设计高效的逻辑算法和验证机来管理和控制汽车尾气传感器；
? 开发并验证受控系统的工程模型；
? 支持软件验证工作，包括HIL认证；
? 开发和实施应用软件单元测试；
? 对控制回路进行稳定性和性能评估；
? 支持产品工程师设计和实施传感器测试；
? 培训内部和外部客户有关排气传感器控制策略的应用，对客户的实际应用环境和策略进行核验。

职位要求：
? 电气/系统控制工程本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
? 5年以上工作经验，2年以上内燃机控制或相关领域汽车系统工程师工作经验。
? 英语可做为工作语言。
? 具有配置管理经验。
? 具有Matlab / Simulink环境的工作经验。
? 有使用嵌入式编码器或汽车实时系统相关自动编码软件的经验。
? 有汽车应用嵌入式控制系统的开发和应用经验。
? 具有传感器及其在汽车环境中的应用经验。
? 熟悉控制理论，PID整定，稳定性分析。
? 熟悉实验室设备，示波器，万用表等。
? 有使用汽车标定软件(CANape, INCA, ati - vision等)的经验。
? 以下技能优先考虑：
o 有使用C语言， Python的经验。
o 有使用LTSpice /电子仿真工具的经验。
o 有CCP, J1939, CANopen经验。
o 较强的问题解决和分析能力。
o 能够理解电气/电子原理图。
o 熟悉ASPICE（Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability）开发流程。
Key Responsibilities：
? Translate stakeholder requirements into system and component requirements and specifications.
? Design efficient logic algorithms and state machines to manage and control automotive exhaust sensors.
? Develop and validate engineering models of the systems to be controlled.
? Support software verification efforts, including HIL qualification.
? Develop and implement software unit tests for application software.
? Conduct stability and performance assessments of control loops.
? Support product engineering on designing and implementing sensors tests.
? Train internal and external customers on application of control strategy related to exhaust sensors. Check the customer actually application of control strategy related to exhaust sensors if need.

Primary Requirement for Candidate：
? Bachelor of Science – Electrical/ system control engineering is required, master is prefer.
? 5 yrs work experience and at least 2 yrs for Automotive system engineer on combustion engine control or related field.
? English can be working language.
? Experience on configuration management.
? Experience in Matlab / Simulink environment.
? Experience with Embedded coder or similar auto-coding software for automotive real time systems.
? Experience on embedded control systems for automotive applications.
? Experience with sensors and its application on automotive environment.
? Understanding of Control Theory, PID tuning, stability analysis.
? Experience with laboratory equipment, oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.
? Experience with automotive calibration software (CANape, INCA, ATI-Vsion, etc)
Below skills should be prefer but not required:
? Experience with scripting languages C#, Python.
? Experience with LTSpice / Electronic Simulation tools.
? Experience with CCP, J1939, CANopen.
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
? Able to interpret electrical / electronic schematics.
? Experience with ASPICE（Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability）.
