任职要求：

1. 产业经济学／管理学/项目管理等相关专业，硕士以上学历；
2. 有理工科背景优先；
3. 擅长撰写项目方案、分析报告、项目报告以及公文 ；
4. 熟悉政府项目运作流程 ；
5. 英语6级以上，能够流利的听说读写 ；
6. 精通office等办公软件和其他统计绘图软件的使用 ；

7. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力。

8. 具有3年以上政策研究工作经验者优先。

行业要求：

1.热爱咨询行业

2.熟悉政府对战略性新兴产业及相关行业的政策法规；

3.了解政策的制定及实施流程；

4.了解政策的实施效果评估方法。

岗位职责：

1.负责各级政府相关项目的申请和实施 ；

2.撰写政府项目方案；
3.对半导体照明行业的发展提出相关政策建议 ，为政府的决策提供支撑；

4.研究编制相关行业及区域发展规划；
5.建立政策分析模型，对政策的实施效果等进行分析、评估、预测；

6.撰写行业研究报告，为客户提供战略咨询服务。

其他要求：

1.学习能力强，责任心强，具有优秀的沟通表达、理解能力与团队合作能力；

2.工作中能够主动思考，耐心、细致、能在一定压力下工作。

国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟是在国家科技部等部门的支持下，由国内从事半导体照明行业的骨干企业、大学和科研机构等按照“自愿、平等、合作”原则于2004 年 10 月发起成立。目前，拥有来自内地、香港、台湾地区及在华注册外资机构等293家成员单位。联盟拥有一支近百人的从事半导体照明技术、产业与政策研究、项目管理与咨询服务的专业化服务团队。
联盟目前开展的主要工作包括：
（1）为科技部、发改委等有关政府部门提供政策咨询和支撑，协助科技部开展半导体照明科技项目管理，协助支持半导体照明重大示范工程建设
（2）建设半导体照明共性技术研发平台
（3）推动半导体照明标准化工作，制定半导体照明技术规范、开展检测信息发布等
（4）探索组建专利池，通过共同研发与专利交叉授权，应对专利纠纷，减少交易成本，提升我国半导体照明产业的国际谈判能力和竞争力
（5）开展半导体照明人才培养工作
（6）为从事半导体照明行业的相关企业、高校、科研机构提供会议展览、网络和平面媒体、咨询等服务。

Alliance ongoing work include:

(2) the construction of semiconductor lighting common technology platform
(3) promote the semiconductor lighting standardized work, the development of semiconductor lighting technology specification and detection information released
(4) to explore the formation of the patent pool, through the joint R & D and patent cross-licensing deal with patent disputes, reduce transaction costs, enhance China's semiconductor lighting industry's international negotiating capacity and competitiveness
(5) to carry out the work of personnel training of semiconductor lighting
(6) is engaged in the semiconductor lighting industry enterprises, universities, research institutions Convention and Exhibition, network and print media, and consulting services.
