Job Description:

To provide outsourcing services to companies located in China mainland, which includes: accounting and reporting, tax declaration, billing, bank operation, chop management, liaison on audit, etc.

为中国大陆的公司提供财务外包服务，包括：会计、税务申报、开票、银行付款、印章管理、审计联络等。

Details:

1.      Prepare and post GL journals in the accounting system; Finish month-end / year-end closing tasks timely and accurately according to the closing timetable; do journals filing monthly; 在财务做账软件中编制过总账；根据结账时间及时地准确地完成月度/年度结账任务；每月装订凭证；

2.      Tax declaration on monthly basis; 按月纳税申报

3.      Prepare online banking payments, track cash flow status, proactively communicate cash flow issues with leaders and suggest feasible solutions; 准备网银支付，跟踪现金流状况，主动与领导沟通现金流问题，提出可行的解决方案；

4.      Issue fapiaos on monthly basis; safe keep client’s chops and maintain chop usage log; 按月开具发票；安全保存客户的印章并维护印章使用日志；

5.      Assist internal audit; 协助内部审计；

6.      Other GL work-related. 其他总账相关工作。

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, prefer finance accounting related. 本科学历，财务会计相关专业优先。
2. 1-2 years working experience in GL accounting-related field. 1-2年会计总账领域工作经验。
3. Ability to think and work independently. Have the willingness and self-drive to learn new knowledge.   具有独立思考和工作的能力。有学习新知识的意愿和自我驱动力。
4. Good at written English, have CET 4 or above 英文书写好，CET 4以上
