职位要求：

国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟是在国家科技部等部门的支持下，由国内从事半导体照明行业的骨干企业、大学和科研机构等按照“自愿、平等、合作”原则于2004 年 10 月发起成立。目前，拥有来自内地、香港、台湾地区及在华注册外资机构等293家成员单位。联盟拥有一支近百人的从事半导体照明技术、产业与政策研究、项目管理与咨询服务的专业化服务团队。
联盟目前开展的主要工作包括：
（1）为科技部、发改委等有关政府部门提供政策咨询和支撑，协助科技部开展半导体照明科技项目管理，协助支持半导体照明重大示范工程建设
（2）建设半导体照明共性技术研发平台
（3）推动半导体照明标准化工作，制定半导体照明技术规范、开展检测信息发布等
（4）探索组建专利池，通过共同研发与专利交叉授权，应对专利纠纷，减少交易成本，提升我国半导体照明产业的国际谈判能力和竞争力
（5）开展半导体照明人才培养工作
（6）为从事半导体照明行业的相关企业、高校、科研机构提供会议展览、网络和平面媒体、咨询等服务。

Alliance ongoing work include:

(4) to explore the formation of the patent pool, through the joint R & D and patent cross-licensing deal with patent disputes, reduce transaction costs, enhance China's semiconductor lighting industry's international negotiating capacity and competitiveness
(5) to carry out the work of personnel training of semiconductor lighting
(6) is engaged in the semiconductor lighting industry enterprises, universities, research institutions Convention and Exhibition, network and print media, and consulting services.
