工作职责:
？ 开拓发展客户关系，包括全面了解客户业务模式，商业策略和业务目标；
？ 识别并记录潜在或现有客户的保险需求和要求；
？ 根据团队业务目标，自主建立业务机会储备，包括识别和确认业务机会；
？ 准备招标文件，确保保险市场解决方案符合客户需求；
？ 通过分析和筛选，与保险公司协商，提供量身定制的解决方案和高质量的服务标准；
？ 制作和展示客户解决方案，包括市场调研、方案设计、产品设计、风险转移解决方案和定价；
？ 在公司范围内建立与其它团队的良好互动关系，以促进推动和开发交叉销售机会；
？ 协助团队领导完成团队财务预算；
？ 完成领导交办的其他任务

能力要求：
？ 会计、金融、保险、管理、银行、证券专业本科以上学历
？ 至少2年银行或金融或保险行业工作经验，具有业务开发和服务企业客户的商业角色
？ 了解信用保险或拥有丰富的业务网络或善于与企业客户/潜在客户沟通者优先
？ 中英文可以运用于商务沟通和交流，同时也会日语或韩语者优先

Responsibilities:
？ Develop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives
？ Identify and document client and prospect insurance needs and requirements
？ Manage the business pipeline including identification and qualification of business opportunities according to company strategy
？ Develop RFP (Request for Proposal) documentation to align market solutions with client requirements
？ Identify, select and negotiation with insurance carriers to deliver tailor-made solutions and high-quality service standards
？ Develop and present client solutions including market research, program design, product design, risk transfer solutions and pricing
？ Develop strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activities
？ Assis team leader to achieve team’s financial budget
？ Complete tasks assigned by team leader


Requirements：
？ Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, insurance, management, banking and securities
？ 2 years working experience in banking or financing or insurance industry with commercial role to develop and serve corporate clients would be plus
？ Knowing credit insurance or having rich business networks or being skillful in communication with corporate clients/prospects would be plus
？ Language: Mandarin/English, Korean and Japanese would be plus
