Release Management Support
Major Task:
? Responsible that the agile working model and release process are applied by the Feature Teams and the Product Owners / IT Managers
? Responsible for the system release plan, scope, dependency, risk management.
? Collaboration with the feature team, PMO team, ensure the release quality.
? Cross products teams and feature teams collaboration, ensure the release process.
? Process training and coach for the feature teams.
? Other work assigned by line manager
Qualifications:
? Overall experience of 6+ IT project.
? 3-5 years’ experience of leading teams in agile process to control iteration and speed up projects to release.
? Professional team leading experience for more than 20 people, international team leading experience would be a plus.
? Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SRUM/Lean/Kanban/SAFe/LeSS/DevOps) and software development process
? Ability to lead, train, coach and provide feedback to feature team
? Competence to target and assess compliance with mandatory elements of the agreed agile working model towards the Product Owner and the Feature Teams as well as other relevant internal and external partners.
? Competence to identify measures for improvement towards the Feature Teams and the Line Manager.
? Strong skills of people management, team collaboration.
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
? Excellent skill in project management tools in planning, tracking and monitoring.
? Excellent skill in Agile tools(Jira/Confluence)
