Responsibilities
Deliver digital marketing strategy that drives key target audience awareness and affinity (via audience understanding, media selection, activity selection, KPI setting and measurement)
· With support of Head of Marketing, plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns
· Design, build and maintain DCB’s digital presence on WeChat, website and other social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Support the Head of Marketing in booking, designing and tracking marketing campaigns and advertising, as required
Update fresh content on an ongoing basis (news, photos, videos) on all digital channels (website, WeChat, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Update information about the College on external websites and directories
Measuring and reporting
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify digital trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points and optimize conversion points and user funnels.
Branding
· Own all online brand presence and collaterals to ensure that they follow all brand guidelines, social media and safeguarding guidelines
Collaboration
Work with DCI/EiM marketing team to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the College website
· Work with internal media producers in DCB and Communications team to ensure constant stream of fresh student & staff produced material appears on screens, on website and via social media
Provide technical marketing support on parent portal, website and WeChat to Communications team as appropriate
· Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies with Admissions & Marketing and Communications colleagues, as well as providing input into advertising and marketing campaigns (market research and information collection)
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners when appropriate
Perform other related work as required
