职位描述
岗位职责
- 服务团险、高端险客户群,协助客户办理就诊预约、预授权受理、理赔申诉等事宜;
- 作为客户、医院、保险产品的中间人,及时完成各类相关保险服务、提升客户体验,并及时完成客户自付款追讨;
- 接听客户来电(IB),按相关业务章程及时解决客户需求,及时解答客户关于保险方面的各类咨询;
- 回访客户(OB),及时反馈客户相关咨询结果,维护客户相关保险利益,提升客户满意度;
- 整合各类业务基础数据,完成相关工作报表;
- 秉持团队合作、部门协同,维护公司利益,及时完成公司安排的其他工作。
任职资格
- 大学专科或以上学历,能用英文交流,等同 CET-4 或以上认证;
- 能熟练应用 office 等办公软件;
- 良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、随机应变与学习能力,突出的客户服务意识与团队合作精神;
- 乐观开朗、真诚热心、谦逊懂礼,不计得失;
- 持呼叫中心、保险服务、医疗服务等相关工作经验一年以上者将优先入选。
- 本岗位工作时间为复合制工时,需适应翻班工时制度。
1. Serve the group insurance & high level insurance clients, assist & complete their requests such as medical appointment, pre authorization sending & claim appeal et c.
2. As a middle person for clients, hospitals & related insurance products, provides all kinds of insurance services gently, enhance clients experience & complete copay recovery in time.
3. Answer clients’ phone calls (Inbound Calls), solve their variety demands based on the related SOP, & explain all kinds of inquires about their insurances in time.
4. Call back to clients (Outbound Calls), send the feedbacks & results of their questions to them in time, ensure their insurance interests, & promote the CSAT.
5. Tracking & collecting all kinds of basis data, complete related work reports.
6. Keep team work & department cooperation, protect company interests, & accomplish other missions delivered by the team & the company.
Job Request:
1. College degree or above, English communication ability, & equal to CET-4 certification or above.
2. Skilled using the Microsoft Office or other commonly used office software.
3. Good expression ability & communication skills, excellent adaptability & learning capacity, outstanding customer service willingness & team work spirit.
4. Optimistic and cheerful, Sincere & enthusiastic, Harmony & polite, Regardless of gain or loss.
5. It would be an advantage if you had one or more than one year work experience at call center, insurance service, medical service or other related industries.
6. The working hour of this job is a composite arrangement, if you can't adapt shift works or night works, please do NOT apply.
