Mission :
Technical checking
o Check all the measurements on SSS and PPS as per the chart in the TF and the revised on from france technical comments.
o Check all that the making of the samples (SSS and PPPS) as per the TF and the comments from France technical comments.
o Check the fitting on the dumy and be sure that it is acceptable.
o Issue the technical report with the measurements lists and the comments from the samples controlled and send it to France.
o Analyze the report sent by France. If any doubt, you should refer to your manager.
o After well understanding, explain to the supplier the amendment they need to do for the next step.
Ensure quality and conformity
o Ensure that the garment making is suitable for kids (follow European requirements)- safety issue
o Ensure that the samples (SSS and PPS) are correct and follow the comments from French technical department. If not, it should be clearly mentioned in the report comments (making, measurements, fitting on dummy).
o If any doubt, you should refer to your manager and get his confirmation before sending any report to France.
Transversal management
o Ensure to provide and give all the informations among your colleagues in the office
o Ensure the reporting regarding samples (SSS and PPS) follow up.
KPI
o 100% samples sent in France have been checked by our office.
o Quality (% of samples accepted by france)
o No claim for technical issue
