This role is an individual contributor to be electrical and automation SME for the responsible area . He or she can provide 24 hrs services for production line process equipment, mainly on troubleshooting, technical support and regular maintenance services.

Beyond that to improve the equipment availability by optimize the maintenance strategy, maintenance tasks, improve the equipment by technical change is also the main target .

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

(Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）

In routine phase:

1, Responsible to be second level for electrical & automation system maintenance services，backup Raw data and software

负责提供电气和自控设备的日常维修,备份数据和软件的高级服务

2, Responsible for over see electrical & automation system preventive maintenance, and provide the continues

Improvement on the preventive maintenance and implement the proactive maintenance.

负责提供电气和自控设备的预防性维修设计

3, Responsible for over see electrical and automation spare parts management

负责备品备件的总览

4, Responsible for deviation investigation technical support

负责偏差调查技术支持

5, As technical SME Leader support to over site others SME’s regular job, provide the technical support to whole Electrical and automation SME team.

作为技术专家负责人，为其它SME提供技术指导和技术观察。

6,Responsible for process equipment electrical and automation related kaizen project, also will be the owner or coordinator if local change control process needed.

作为生产内部的所有电气和自动化相关的改进项目负责人,如果需要也是变更流程的负责人或者协调人。

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Academic requirement学历要求 :

·Electrical & Automation Bachelor degree holder (equivalent) or above 电气自控专业学士学位或以上

Language skills语言能力:

- Can use English as working language 可以用英语作为工作语言

Software skills 软件能力：

- Basic SIMENS PLC programing and diagnosis on the I/O. 基本的SIMENS PLC编程以及 I/O诊断 。

- Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD 基本的AUTOCAD运用

Has hands on skills and experience in electrical and automation area and experience of working in ; those experience can be the working experience or internship experience.

Knowledge in GMP is better 如果有GMP知识更好

Ability to solve certain technical problems and ability to work independently具备解决技术问题以及独立工作的能力

Can accept to extend the working hours to 12 o’clock
in needs in peak time , and 24hours call for urgent 可接受部分时间的中班（到晚12点），以及24小时的响应
