The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the client locationsfacilities, property, and employees.The Asia Pinkerton Regional Security Operations team support Global Security by providing end-to-end delivery of clients Real Estate & Security operations and management for various clients sites globally. Services include, but are not limited to, general protection services, account management, risk and resilience response and security operations management.

- Represent Pinkerton core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
- Ensure 24/7 shift coverage across multiple client sites.
- Delivery of security responsibilities at both sites; ensure access management systems and processes are adhered to.
- Manage the effective security response to all alarms impacting client space.
- Coordinate security response to local issues and incidents impacting the security and safety environment.
- Oversee the life safety response capabilities and responsibilities within client space.
- Manage patrol protocols together with periodic system and equipment checks to ensure all security dependencies are in good working order and any defects, risks are identified and remediated in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Implement team training and drilling initiatives to drive and reinforce core competency capabilities.
- Partner with global security management to identify core function process, performance, and productivity gains.
- Monitor and driving team performance to meet and exceed the client global security requirements.
- Identify and escalate any breaches or areas of concern relating to the client personnel, procedures, or systems.
- Provide, by way of example, guidance and engagement, leadership to the team that best enables team members to achieve individual potential and realize best practice delivery to client.
- Ensure that all security-related reports are compiled and submitted, as required.
- Support the review, design, development, implementation, and management of sustainable Security Programs to augment the physical security of personnel, assets, business operations and reputation of Microsoft.
- Support the automation of security programs, map and track program initiation, progress, and completion.
- Align security programs to support ClientsPolicy, standards, and controls. Where required, draft security policy standards and controls to support ClientsPolicy and integrate standards and controls into the security operations programs.
- Provide support in the development, and implementation of global security programs in region and demonstrate support and direction to all agents/vendors ensuring they consistently meet, or exceed, project contracts and deadlines.
- Support a process of platform consolidation throughout the region to create and evolve one platform for all regional operations.
- Collaborate regional programs and initiatives with the rhythm of the business and regional action items.
- Coordinate various projects, such as tracking, reporting and measuring in support of Global Security policies and strategies, along with stakeholder support with various ad hoc projects, analyses and reports and assist with management of formulation of overall strategic direction.
- Support the review, design, development, implementation, and management of sustainable Security Programs to augment the physical security of personnel, assets, business operations and reputation of client.
- Provide operational support, guidance to Pinkerton personnel, in the provision of client security programs in line with MS policy and the strategy ofGlobal Security. This could include visits as directed to support program design, implementation, and review.
- Provide leadership to Pinkerton personnel and support clientin identifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating security operations programs, using experience and expertise to contribute to the continued development and further refinement of the Global Security operations program.
- Support the automation of security programs, map and track program initiation, progress, and completion.
- Align security programs to support MS Policy, standards, and controls. Where required, draft security policy standards and controls to support MS Policy and integrate standards and controls into the security operations programs.
- Provide support in the development, and implementation of clientglobal security programs in region and demonstrate support and direction to all agents/vendors ensuring they consistently meet, or exceed, project contracts and deadlines.

- Perform risk and threat assessments and conduct security audits and reviews.
- Provide operational support in the evaluation, development and execution of regional site security strategies to oversee and support to all agents/vendors ensuring they consistently meet, or exceed, project contracts and deadlines.

- Coordinate, in cooperation with local, regional, and national law enforcement agencies the below range of services:
- Liaise with public and private sector agencies when required, within the region, to protect and enhance the Microsoft security programme and business accountabilities.
- Provide operational support and advice in controlling the quality of productivity by security operators, through leadership and direction, to ensure the standards of service delivery, reporting and budgetary objectives meet or exceed expectations.
- Provide operational support and advice in the implementation of contingency plans, for the immediate resolution of strategic and tactical applications for regional security standards, policy and procedures, through leadership and direction and embrace change to take advantage of business opportunity, for the short, medium and long term.
- Actively support cross - business group processes, programs, and projects.
- Provide operational support in maintaining an effective network across the business group, both internal and external.
- Provide operational support for risk/threat assessments, demonstrate a problem-solving approach to preserving the business infrastructure at local and regional levels and making recommendations to support the strategic aims at global level.
- Support development for external service optimization, to meet the Microsoft Corporation business aims, and ensure the process is fair and transparent.
- Provide operational support to the Microsoft crisis management team.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Minimum Hiring Standards
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
- Must have a University Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must meet the country age requirements.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in China.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Education/Experience
Bachelor degree and at least five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Familiar with security control room and access management procedures and CCTV systems.
- Familiar with operational elements of fire detection and suppression systems.
- First Aid and AED accreditation required.
- Previous security management experience.
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
