Title:
Deputy General Manager - Ginza Mall ( Leasing & Marketing) 副总经理-租务及市场推广

Position Reporting to:
General Manager – Ginza Mall 总经理-银座Mall
Role Purpose:
Assist the General Manager to supervise, manage and drive performance of the Leasing & Marketing team of Ginza Mall, with an aim to enhance P&L and asset value of Ginza Mall.
协助银座Mall总经理监督、管理和带领银座Mall租赁和推广部门,提高公司投资组合的市盈率和资产价值。
Key Accountabilities:
1.Assist the General Manager to implement the strategy in leasing & marketing promotion management set out by the Corporation for Ginza Mall and implement the annual business plan to ensure an optimal return to the Corporation is achieved.
协助总经理调整银座Mall公司制定的租赁和推广管理方面战略,并实施年度业务计划,以确保公司实现***回报。
2.Assist the General Manager to set up performance indicator based on the Corporation’s requirements, and to assess the performance and business outcome regularly.
协助总经理根据公司要求制定业绩指标,并定期评估业绩和业务成果。
3.Supervise, monitor and control the annual budget, asset plan and capital expenditure of leasing and marketing department. Need to oversee and control the quality of the report, memo and all other submission of leasing and marketing team.
监督、督促和控制租赁和推广部门每年度预算,资本计划和资本支出。监督和控制租赁和推广团队的报告,备忘录和所有其它提交文件的质量。
4.Supervise, manage and control all leasing and marketing activities to ensure that they are conducted in an effective and efficient manner. From time to time provide business analysis and suggestions for improvement.

5.Lead, supervise and facilitate the negotiation with prospective tenants for a proper trade mix and optimal rental return for the investment properties.

6.Manage, monitor and review leasing and marketing activities in compliance with corporation operation procedure in order to protect the best interest of the Company.

7.Develop, lead, supervise and motivate the leasing and marketing initiatives to strengthen the competitiveness of the Ginza Mall.

8.Coordinate both internal departments and external bodies, including but not limited to government, landlord, anchor tenants, etc. to achieve business objectives.
协调内部部门和外部机构,包括但不限于政府、业主方和租户等,以实现业务目标。
9.Monitor and control the performance and service standard of outsourced service provider in particular for marketing and leasing agency.
监测和控制外包服务提供商的职能和服务标准。
10.Assist the General Manager on new project assessment, pre-leasing and so on.
协助总经理进行新项目评估、前期招商等工作。
11.Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager in timely manner.
及时完成总经理分配的其他任务。
12.Stationed in Beijing and occasional work aboard to other cities in PRC, if necessary.
工作地点:主要在北京,因工作关系亦需要偶尔在国内其它城市工作。
Job holder specifications. Minimum requirements for performance of the job.
1.Degree Holder or above, Discipline in Real estate, business and marketing is preferred, fluent in English and Mandarin.
统招本科或以上学历 ,房地产、商业、市场营销专业优先,流利的英文及普通话书写力。
2.Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience and at least above 5-year experience in supervisory role in Commercial projects with proven record in retail leasing & marketing. Experience in shopping mall renovation and new project open would be advantage.
在商业项目中拥有至少 10年的相关工作经验及5年以上经理级管理经验在商业项目租赁/市场推广方面有良好的业绩。有购物中心项目改造/新项目开场经验者优先。
3.Self-driven with excellent interpersonal communications skills and coordination skills, ability to execute plans and adaptability to new challenge.
具有出色的人际沟通能力、协调能力、执行计划的能力和适应新挑战的能力。
4.Demonstrate strong analytical ability and good problem solving skill.
展示强大的分析能力和良好的解决问题能力。
5.Demonstrate sense of responsibility and leadership in pooling the team to work together.
在团结部门共同协作方面表现出责任感和领导力。
6.Friendly, with integrity and a team player.

7.Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
