Job Description
Summary:
Maximize your potential for development and performance and take the chance of growing within our organization. During this 1-year Commercial Expert Development Program, you will follow an individual rotation plan within our Life Science Research Solutions business in China, gain cross-functional experience and be exposed to different functions, as well as our senior management team. You will gain deep understanding of our Research Solutions Commercial organization in China, develop your diverse skills and benefit from excellent mentoring and training opportunities.
Your role:
This position provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated employees to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Life Science Research Solutons Commercial. Throughout this program, members will experience rotational assignments covering functions like Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, eCommerce, Customer Excellence while actively contributing to our core business and various projects.

Job Requirements
Master degree + in Natural Science (e.g. (Bio-)Chemistry, Biology).
Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
International experience
High learning and change agility, curiosity and aspiration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, authenticity and resilience
Strong interest in digital, data and analytics, as well as commercial awareness and result-orientation
Fluency in English
