Job Responsibilities:
? Drive recruitment by direct sourcing, develop innovative and effective direct sourcing channels.
? Drive recruitment project and branding events.
? Go to business proactively, be reliable HR partner.
? Involve in designing training plan and drive the implementation.
? Provide support and expertise in the employee performance management matters, discipline and sanction cases.
? In charge of assigned audit, ensure the standards apply to daily operation.
? Champion of HR Initiatives.
? Submit reports, maintain database and file with good accuracy and efficiency.
? Above HR responsibilities is for Greater China geography.
Profile Requirements:
- Skills and Knowledge
- Strong hunting skill
- Good communication skill
- Thorough understanding of China Labor Law
Competencies
- Proactive and self-driven
- Accuracy and efficiency
- Team work
Work Experience
- Solid experience in recruitment function in MNC or search firm
- Work experience in fast developing industry, service industry experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above
- Overseas experience is a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook)
Languages
- Fluent written and oral English
- Mandarin speaker
