For Mobility SMTB in Guang Zhou, we are looking for Hardwar Engineer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

Transfer and localize the technology of manufacturing, inspection, validation for signaling hardware equipment manufacturing localization in China from Headquarter.

As the interface of hardware product with headquarter, to understand all kinds of requirements completely and transfer, conduct the implementation at supplier factory. Additionally, to decide the localization with technical/process/inspection criteria gap under confirmation with HQ.

Collect, report and evaluate all quality relevant information about suppliers and purchased parts in order to obtain reliable forecasts (product quality, quality costs, logistics performance) and to be able to determine appropriate corrective measures and preventive measures. Plan, initiate and steer sustainable preventive and corrective measures (Fire Fighting) and/or quality assurance measures (supplier audits, checks) for all products of suppliers in order to meet the quality and safety requirements of headquarter. Perform improvement projects in order to improve all quality related weaknesses and interface problems.

Be responsible for the validation of purchasing, manufacturing and quality Inspection for the input of safety assessment.

Be responsible for the new product localization with the electrical and structure development together with supplier and local team  

Support the audit and any other input for the safety assessment from the product assessor.

Requirements:

Major in the mechanical or electrical engineering with bachelor degree and master is priority.

5 years working experience in mechanical and electrical field and very good technical and quality understanding (railway, automobile, shipbuilding) and 3 years for master degree.

Strong experience of manufacturing processes (such as: electrical components, machining, assembly, adherence and painting, etc.)

Knowledge of QM systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO/Ts 22163, QM experience.

Cooperation, communication and adaption capability within a global team

Understanding of both the Chinese and International mentality, work and cooperate with global team effectively. Good language skills (Chinese, English)
