POSITION OBJECTIVE

To support company Value Statement through ensuring customer requirements are met through proper production scheduling and appropriate logistics (I.E., Materials Planning & Control, Traffic Control, Purchasing, & Warehousing) to support them.

POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS

1. Supports and participates Six Sigma initiatives.
2. Ensures customer release are well analyzed and production schedule satisfies customer release / meets delivery dates. Reviews master production schedule & finished goods inventory at the distribution center.
3. Ensures optimum utilization of resources to support customer release / production schedule.
4. Responsible in establishing & maintaining documented procedures and adherence required by Q.S. 9000.
5. Ensures continuous flow of materials to support manufacturing operations.
6. Formulate & implement policies, procedures and standards to maintain optimum level of inventory.
7. Ensures efficient warehouse operation
8. Ensures 100% compliance to custom laws (U.S., Philippines. & other countries with import & export activity / transactions.
9. Ensures appropriate logistics support is in place and maintained at the least possible cost.
10. Support the company’s financial objectives.
11. Ensures strict implementation of company rules & regulation, and Environmental Health & Safety policies.
12. Provides management reports.
13. In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in assuring that appropriate safeguards are in place, which have direct impact on the Health and Safety of associates and the Environment.
14. In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in maintaining the highest level of integrity in its business dealings with associates, people and organizations wherever we operate to its highest ethical standards.
15. Does other management projects that maybe assigned from a time-to-time. 岗位要求：

EDUCATION
Preferably B.S. Engineering or Accounting graduate.

EXPERIENCE
At least three years experience in materials management and logistics (Production Planning & Control, Traffic Planning & Control, Purchasing, & Warehousing).

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
Customer oriented. Must have good interpersonal relations to effectively interact with internal & external customers and suppliers. Results oriented pro-active & concept developer. Good leadership qualities and assertive

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Computer literate and knowledge in basic custom laws.

OTHER
Creative in logistic planning. Travel availability to meet with vendors and customers.
