POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has the overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of margins for all product categories at Armstrong Fluid Systems Shanghai Limited. This function supports all operating departments (Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing) and works closely on a pricing/cost relationship. From a current as well as a strategic position, this function represents the business application support for the Company by Finance. This position is located in Shanghai
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
I. Accounts Receivable
? Be familiar with the company policies.
? Review and follow up sales order status, assist on monthly forecast. Release sales order and notify operation active order from simulate status, review order value and terms when get original order.
? Set up and maintain customer information in Baan and review supporting material.
? AR and Receipt settlement, Reconcile AR accounts with customers Filing Baan accounting vouchers as required.
? Responsible for issuing vat invoices; conduct reconciliation with Baan and tax system.
? Assist with month end closing processes in Baan.
? Issue memo including intercompany related parties & 3rd party.
? Assist on credit term and limit review.
? Assist for costing/sales/marketing related management requirement.
? Coordinate with Headquarter office and other affiliates within Asia to make sure all intercompany accounts are timely reconciled.
? Other job assigned by team leader.
II. Tax
? Complete and submit monthly, quarterly tax declaration accurately and timely, and ensure tax payments are completed on time.
? Prepare the reports, invoices, custom declaration sheets and verification forms for Export Tax Returns timely every month.
? Monthly tax reports online to the Tax Bureau.
? Collect and archive all the tax forms of SH and BJ.
? Other tax issues, such as application for tax return.
? Provide Annul Income Tax filing-in Guidance to Finance Controller.
? Handle non-trade transaction related to tax and SAFE coordinate.
Role Requirements
o University Degree or above.
o Cet-4 or equivalent certificate in English, have good communication with foreigner in English.
o A minimum of 4 years in Finance within a multinational manufacturing environment involved in international trade.
o Ability to use Excel spreadsheets and applications.
o At least two years in an AR position.
o High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
o Participative management style; advocates team concept.
o Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Other remarks: Location is close to our company and can come to our plant within one hour.
