Job Responsibility & Accountability:

• Research, test and implement technology solutions which will assist the firm and/ or our clients to automate data processing and to gain greater insight to support financial process;  

• Administrate Mazars cloud ERP platforms, and provide consulting services;

• Solve the problems encountered by users in the ERP system, and report to related part;

• Responsible for the collection and analysis of demand information of business. And sorting out business processes and providing solutions.

• Work with business departments to define business rules and processes to ensure the consistency of business processes and clarify system functional requirements.

• Define system functions, draw flow charts, and write requirements specifications.

• Be an active member of our innovation team.

• Work on project based assignment.  

    

Job Requirement

• College degree or above, major in computer or other science and engineering related major;

• Fluent in English;

• Good communicative skills, ability to work under pressure, a team player and a self-learner;

• Proactive attitude with the ability to implement solutions to problems;

• Ability for analyze the business requirements and simplify business rules.

• The following abilities are preferred：

      i. Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python/VB/VBA/C#/SQL/JavaScript 

      ii. Experience in data analysis

      iii. Familiar with other ERP software such as SAP, Netsuite, etc.  

工作职责

• 研究，测试和实施技术解决方案来帮助企业或客户自动化处理数据，优化财务办公流程；     

• 管理面向客户的Mazars ERP云平台，并提供相关咨询服务；

• 解决客户在ERP系统中遇到的问题，并反馈给相关方面。

• 负责业务需求信息的收集和分析。并整理业务流程并提供解决方案。

• 对于新项目或现有系统的修改，请与相关部门沟通，分析需求，协调和跟踪项目的各个阶段。   

• 定义系统功能，绘制流程图并编写需求规范。 

• 成为我们创新团队的积极成员。       

• 进行基于项目的工作。

    

职位要求

• 计算机或其他理工科专业，本科及以上学历；

• 具有良好的英语书写沟通能力；

• 有较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和团队协作精神及自我学习能力；

• 态度积极主动，拥有良好的解决问题能力；

• 有分析业务需求并简化业务规则的能力；

• 具有以下能力者优先：

      i. 掌握一种或多种计算机语言包括：Python/VB/VBA/C#/SQL/JavaScript

      ii. 具有数据分析处理经验

      iii. 熟悉ERP系统，如SAP，Netsuite等。
