- Act as co-pilot for Divisional (Brenntag Specialties) and Business Unit (Business Units) Heads by ensuring transparency on business performance across Brenntag Specialties Division and Business Units in China to facilitate informed economic decision-making, creating plans to meet strategy (incl. Mergers & Acquisitions and Integration support), identifying plan deviations & business risks, pro-actively generating counter measures & track implementation

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Controllership, FP&A, Financial Audit in Big 4 accounting firms or multinational company in China, Experience abroad would be a plus
-Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance, CPA / CA / CFA certification is desirable
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be a strong business partner for internal stakeholders; Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
-Ability to exercise commercial and business acumen; Hands on, willing to deal with details and is meticulous; Ability to work with tight timelines and challenges
-Strong in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Power point
-Strong analytical ability, problem solving and decision-making skills
-Team player with drive and positive attitude
