职位：行政副主厨
岗位职责：
负责监督日常运营工作，包括菜单设计，成本控制，食品卫生和安全
负责本部所有食品的准备、烹饪、装饰，并确保达到质量标准
协助行政总厨确保所有使用的产品和原料按照采购标准执行，并检查所收货物的品质
培训和发展团队成员


任职资格：
40岁以下，中西餐背景皆可
具备3-5年餐饮服务运营的相关经验，2年以上厨房管理经验
具备Microsoft Word、Excel和PowerPoint的工作技能
具备良好的英语书写及交流能力
具备良好的判断力和决策能力，有能力在快节奏、多变的环境中工作
具备酒店背景或大型团体供餐经验者优先
