5.接受手术室交叉培训并能积极主动帮助他人一起做好工作
6.应变能力强，能迅速处理突发小事件
7.良好的责任心及严谨的工作态度
8.接受偶尔加班或夜班
9. 工作经验：公立2甲医院工作至少3年及以上，或外资3年及以上
