Responsibilities:

1. Market intelligence: conduct research and analysis on the overall trend of sea freight rates, sort out the information of capacity and volume change, market competition dynamics and freight rate relevant routes (Europe, middle East, South America etc)  

    市场信息整合：定期针对航线发展的整体趋势、市场运价进行研究与分析；收集并整理相关航线的运力和运量变化、市场竞争动态、运价波动信息；

2.  Carrier relationship: develop and maintain the carrier’s relationship; be responsible for negotiation of sea freight rates to maximumly reduce company cost 

    船东关系拓展与维护：负责所辖航线上各类船东的总部关系维护；根据业务发展需要，负责航线船东的关系开拓与建立；负责与公司核心船东洽谈并签订多口岸的运价合约，降低运价采购成本；

3. Sea freight procurement management: implement the long-term sea freight contract, supervise local sea freight purchase in different regions in accordance with China business development. 

    运价采购管理：监督各个区域的本地运价采购情况，以及总部签订运价长约在各个业务单元的执行情况，协调合约执行过程中船东端的各类事务；  

4.Sea freight assistance: Provide necessary sea freight business assistance, including rates, space and other relevant sea freight matters. 

    给予业务发展部门同事必要的航线运价支持，包括价格，仓位和其他海运相关事宜。  

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in a first-level freight forwarding company is preferred, and sensitive to freight rates;

具有3年以上一级货运代理公司相关岗位工作经验优先，对运价有敏感度；

2. Knowledgeable in Seafreight operation 熟悉海运操作流程

3. Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English 良好的中英文沟通能力

4. Bachelor Degree or above  本科及以上学历
