Your Opportunity

This is a newly created position which to conceive, develop and communicate the seasonal directive for retail implementation that reflects the store experience strategy while maximizing sales and market opportunities across China.

How you will Contribute

-          Work together with Visual Merchandising team to implement the VM strategy for northern China stores and ensure all stores are in great standard according to the VM guidelines.

-          Pro-active to provide suggestions and solution to the stores in terms of VM display according to the VM guideline.

-          Coordinate with Merchandising in the stores and windows to meet corporate image standard.

-          New opening Set-up: Work together with VM team to support new store opening.

-          Event Set-up: Set up various events / functions. Work with Retail/ Communication Dept for any press day/CRM event.

-          Manage the delivery and inventory of VM tools for Northern China Stores.

-          Coordinate the installation of seasonal lightbox visuals for Northern China stores following corporate procedures.

-          Substantial amount of travel is needed.

Who you are

-          Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in visual or fashion design;

-          Strong communication and execution skill;

-          Positive attitude and good energy;

-          At least 2 years related VM working experience.
