职位描述
To be a competent, technical analyst within the Pricing Team and contribute fully and confidently to ensure that:
- Work closely with sales, marketing and operation team to develop pricing strategy and set guidelines to drive margin improvement, and product line competitiveness.
- Work with Sales to develop ad hoc promotion plans to drive volume growth.
- The provision of a quality responsive service to internal and external customers
- Coordinate proposal development with the sales team and management.
- An understanding of motor insurance is a plus.
- Establish a system of documentation, communication and review of internal and external comparative price data.
- Independently develop new Excel models, charts and graphs, and procedures as necessary.
- Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins in order to develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and quoting.
- Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability.
- Monthly reporting on regional price check among competitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies.
Person Specification
- Ability to apply analytical thinking
- Ability to accurately analyze high levels of data
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Access applications
- Excellent communication skills
-Work in tourism, aviation industry wil be a plus.
