Job Description：
1. Work with partners, the development of an integrated and comprehensive plan in business territory (business, marketing, pricing etc.) with alignment of China BioP strategy, in cross BioP and execute tactic plan
2. Initiating Merck solutions and sales tactics by translating customer needs and pain points Cross BioP. Initiating & creating the differentiating value story to achieve business win Cross BioP. Partner with sales, drive the process from lead to order.
3. Assist in-depth process reviews, bringing real value to the customer operations
4. Increase Merck branding and reputation by delivering innovative, high influencing technology and application insights cross BioP, create impact and complicated materials based on the pharm value chain
5. Have excellent competitive positioning knowledge and exploit this to assist Sales, Field Marketing and other Stakeholders to better understand competitive environment
6. Actively participate in the sales tactics development with Field Marketing Specialist and execution with Account managers.  Interface with support team Msat/SSOC at the correct stage in the sales process.  Support implementation of corporate initiatives and product cycle management in field (e.g. drive conversion, product adoption, product obsolesce etc)
7. Provide frequent and detailed input concerning the effectiveness of Merck Strategy to the Field Marketing Specialists, both formally and informally
8. Be a resource for required technical trainings
9. Be open and exhibit a desire to develop. Pro-actively interact with manager to propose areas for development and improvement.
Job Requirements：
1. Master with Biotechnology/ Biopharma/ Biological engineering
2. Background in biopharmaceutical downstream process development are better
3. Love to leaning and self-motivated,
4. Excellent communication skill, ability to engage the internal stakeholders and customers.
5. Flexible work time, travel at least 50%
6. Fluent in English (speaking, and writing)
