职责：

• Design & develop electronic schematics and layout work .Ensure designs are meeting technical specification;
• Analyses, simulate and optimize electronic circuit according to current hardware architecture;
• Define material and components with consideration of economic qualitative and technological aspects in a project group;
• Provide technical support and resolve design issues;
• Produce low cost design and introduce cost reductions that meet cost targets;
• Creat HW related documents per hardware development process(such as BOM, SCH,FMEA);

要求：

• BS EE or related field degree + 10 years’ experience, or MS EE or related filed degree +8 years’ experience;
• 8+ years of work experience in hardware development and development cycles of complex hardware products;
• Experience with Cadence;
• Be familiar with 16/32 bit microprocessor basic knowledge and application is a plus, prefer ST 16/32-bit MCU;
• Extensive embedded system design experience with processor selection, clock selection, IO characterization ADC,I2C,UART etc.;
• Communication interface experience (RS232,RS485);
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Fast learner and motivated self-starter.
