工作内容:
1. 对业务流程中所产生的数据和信息进行抓取和整合；
2. 运用数据库和分析工具进行数据分析工作并优化分析过程；
3. 灵活应用算法构建分析模型，开展分析预测，将数据分析与建模技术应用于数字化审计和分析领域；
4. 为客户和团队内部合作设计开发数字化审计工具、产品等；
5. 客户服务过程中，更好的了解和支持客户需求。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、信息管理、电子工程、自动化、金融等相关专业优先；
2. 熟练掌握编程语言，如.NET, R, Python等；
3. 擅长MySQL数据库和云部署优先；
4. 有财经相关平台项目经验优先；
5. 熟练掌握多种数据库类型和数据挖掘工具，如SQL Server, Oracle, Clementine等；
6. 掌握至少一种经营分析或数据可视化工具应用, 如Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, SmartBI等其中的一种；
7. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和系统性思维能力，对数据、商业模式、业务逻辑敏感；
8. 具备产品思维，能够在业务中积累、沉淀知识，以需求为导向优化完善交付工具，提高工作效率效果，并且把产品思维运用在每个细致的工作环节中；
9. 学习能力强，适应能力强，具备优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
