职位描述
1. Work with Labor Services to screen, interview, & recruit qualified chauffeurs.
2. Provide new-hire training for new chauffeurs & refreshing training for existing chauffeurs.
3. Closely monitor chauffeurs'performance through working with Hertz's customer service department and customers.
4. Conduct periodical checks & reviews of chauffeur's vehicles & work forms.
5. Enforce Hertz standards' compliance by chauffeurs & take necessary corrective and/or positive reinforcement measures.
6. Dispatch chauffeurs for jobs based on the company's plan.
7. Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly audits & reports.
8. Handle chauffeur-related complaints.
9. Assist in making sure vehicles are well-maintained based on Hertz schedule.
10. Handle chauffeurs'work scheduling & rotation.
11. Calculate chauffeur's payroll.
