1.       Responsible for new product introduction and current product improvement. To lead all kind of project in a professional way to meet company requirement.

        

2.       Be a part of the Engineering’s team that has responsibility of all the processes and the technical parts.

    

3.       Work closely with manufacturers and R&D to ensure implementation in right way.

    

4.       Be a resource for all the manufacturers in AAGS, solve technical problems, Cut cost and time in production.

    

5.       Responsible for review tooling design, sample validation and ramp up processes.

    

6.       Quick feedback to R&D on technical issues, drawing and specification update and create ECN if needed.

        

7.       Following project schedule and track corrective action. 

    

8.       Take VA/VE related work.

    

    

Qualification:

        

1.       Have very good experience/knowledge of using 3D tools ( Solid Works).

        

2.       Leadership and Communication skills.

        

3.       Understand cost impact of design decisions

        

4.       Experience in working in manufacturing environment,familiar with manufacturing processes.

        

5.       Project management experience is plus.

    

6.       Experience/knowledge of electronics is preferred.

        

7.       Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.

        

8.       Bachelor degree or above

        

9.       At least 5 years experience in Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics related.
